The batch of lifeboat engines has been delivered to Russia by the official distributor
The first batch of new generation Scania 13-liter marine engines was shipped to a Russian Customer.
Two Scania DI 13 78M engines are equipped with ZF 335A reduction gears and ZF Clear Command control system. The engines will be installed on a displacement yacht that is being built for a private customer.
The series of Scania DI 13M engines has come to replace the DI 12M model that was popular in Russia. Having co-opted all advantages of its predecessor and advanced solutions of Scania engineers this new model is distinguished by low fuel consumption (from 189 g/kW · h) and service interval increased up to 500 hours.
