The first control, identification and protection system S1101 of the propulsion complex produced by SPB Marine, was successfully tested during the sea trials at the Yaroslavl Shipyard.

So far SPB Marine independently produces control systems for its propulsion complexes based on ComAp controllers. This system provides diesel and gear unit parameters indication, its start, stop, protection and emergency control. On the previous hulls of the project were installed similar systems of the Dutch production.

The first two systems by SPB Marine has been installed on the hull No. 167 of the rescue boom ship Vostok-1 of the project A40-2B YAR. The control system was supplied as part of the motor reduction unit based on Scania DI 16M engine and Twin Disc MGX 5136A gearboxes.

The tests were successfully passed; the ship reached the declared speed - 20 knots.
