SPB Marine successful passed Scania DOS audit

SPB Marine Company once again has successfully passed the audit for compliance with Scania DOS (Dealer Operating Standard). The certificate for compliance with DOS extended until 2019 inclusive.
Dealer Operating Standard is the global system of operating standards for Scania dealers. It contains requirements that are mandatory for the entire network of authorized points of sale and maintenance of Scania equipment, and ensures the same level of quality standards for all dealers. The DOS standard regulates the main business processes, standards, training programs for employees.
Today, SPB Marine LLC is the official dealer of the Swedish concern Scania in Russia, which has confirmed its conformity to the high international standard Scania DOS.
